About
I'm a technical GTM operator: I build products from zero and take them to market.
Some things about me
- Heads down on what's next. More to share soon.
- Gorgias. 2022–2026. Joined as the company scaled from $20M to $80M ARR. Led GTM and product for the AI Agent, from 0 to 1,000+ customers, driving $8M ARR < 1 year.
- McKinsey. 2020–2022. Advised Fortune 500 executives on their hardest strategic problems (stagnant growth, cost cuts, M&A, due diligence, org design). Led the research behind “Getting Tangible About Intangibles,” featured at the World Economic Forum.
- I've lived in 5 countries and learned 6 languages along the way.
Some things I'm interested in
- Write to think. I believe writing is the ultimate way to clarify your thinking, and the most honest way to share it with the world.
- Go-to-market as a craft. Most companies die from lack of distribution, not product. I think GTM is wildly underrated as a creative discipline, and I love the people who treat it that way.
- Endurance and the outdoors. I summited two Himalayan peaks, biked solo from San Francisco to San Diego, and hiked the Alps self-supported for a week. Long efforts teach you things short ones can't.
- Taste. The sommelier, the founder, the trail runner who notices what others miss. I collect this in small ways too: shooting film on a Fujifilm X100V, drinking good wine slowly, fog over Victorian rooftops, a well-built product.
- Compounding bets. All my life is about compounding effect. Start small, continue, then observe how far you get.
